With over 30 years of successfully investing in stocks and shares, his significant investing achievements include sixty one successful takeover exits in the past 11 years, owning two stocks that achieved more than 3000% increase in value.

Donald is an award-winning financial journalist and film maker, with a distinguished career working across newspapers, television, radio and digital. He has worked at the Daily Telegraph City Desk, Channel 4, BBC TV, and as Editor in Chief at Share Radio. Donald is a skilled communications consultant and trainer who has successfully worked with CEOs in multinational corporations, FTSE 100/250, and AIM-listed businesses. Today he utilises those skills as Head of IR Media at Copia.

Mike Dennis is a long-standing private investor and Director at ShareSoc, the UK’s leading organisation for individual shareholders. His focus on championing shareholder rights and education has led to improved transparency and engagement between companies and their investors. Since retiring from full time roles in the corporate world, Mike has put his energies into growing ShareSoc’s membership base, managing his own investment portfolio, doing consultancy work, playing golf and climbing mountains.
